We recently had a Glamorgan visit for a bathroom vent problem. After the tech visited, we were unable to reach the owner (Nick) due to unforeseen difficulties with his company phone. Nick was extremely apologetic and even wanted to visit on the Saturday that he reached out to us. He visited today, re-assessed the situation, and identified the potential source of our difficulties: an electrical as opposed to a separate HVAC issue. He nonetheless worked on troubleshooting the situation with us and guided us towards a positive resolution. We greatly appreciate his attention to our problem and to our frustrations, his expertise, and his willingness to go through identifying our problem systematically. Because of a very favorable experience with Nick/owner of Glamorgan, we would not hesitate to recommend his company or services to other homeowners.
