Nick has been wonderful to work with. My business’s HVAC system died and the company I usually do business with couldn’t get a replacement in for 6 to 8 weeks. Nick took the time to find one he could get installed in a week or two. He was professional and easy to communicate with and got the job done in a timely manner. Nick also came through when we had a plumbing issue in our studio that needed to be repaired quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly.

So happy with Nick and his team. He just installed a new A/C unit in my mobile home. I have had bad experience with other contractors. Nick and his team did a great job. I could ask for a better company to do it work. Definitely would recommend and hire him again.

Very impressed with Glamorgan, they just did a complete system replacing my air and heat. Beautiful workmanship, even on the lawn where my new compressor was installed on a fresh bed of stone they brought. They gave me a price with three options, they installed it all in one day. They told me the date and actually did it per the schedule they gave me. This company reminds me of the way things were done in the old days. I highly recommend this company. I already requested they provide yearly services. Great company.

We recently had a Glamorgan visit for a bathroom vent problem. After the tech visited, we were unable to reach the owner (Nick) due to unforeseen difficulties with his company phone. Nick was extremely apologetic and even wanted to visit on the Saturday that he reached out to us. He visited today, re-assessed the situation, and identified the potential source of our difficulties: an electrical as opposed to a separate HVAC issue. He nonetheless worked on troubleshooting the situation with us and guided us towards a positive resolution. We greatly appreciate his attention to our problem and to our frustrations, his expertise, and his willingness to go through identifying our problem systematically. Because of a very favorable experience with Nick/owner of Glamorgan, we would not hesitate to recommend his company or services to other homeowners.

We needed our HVAC system removed for wall repair and replaced afterward. Glamorgan did the removal and arrived the next day to talk to the construction people to make sure everything was suitable. When the repairs were finished Glamorgan’s techs promptly replaced and tested the HVAC equipment. The techs were consistently helpful and considerate and the cost was reasonable.

I had posted on Facebook to find a company that does furnaces. Nick reached out to me and came over that day on a Saturday he went out of his way far and beyond to help out at a desperate time of need. He had his work team come out on a Sunday and install my furnace for me. Also, the purifier. It’s hard to find that level of service and his company really cares about its customers and makes sure everything is all set. I even received a follow-up call asking if I was all set. I highly recommend using this company.

I recently hired Glamorgan Heating & Cooling to install a mini split HVAC system in my home. Nick and his crew were polite and professional and kept the job site clean. Their attention to detail was quite refreshing. When I asked why they were being so picky about making sure the indoor units were exactly the same distance off the ceiling since they were all in different rooms I was surprised at the answer. Because even though you can’t tell inside you can see where the line sets enter the building and you can tell from there. The units that were installed work great and are very quiet. The condenser unit had to be installed right outside my bedroom window and you can’t hear it. It is a heat pump system so I’m looking forward to seeing it in operation this winter. In the interest of full disclosure and honesty, I am the owners’ stepfather but when I hired him I told him to treat me just like any other customer. I didn’t get any sort of “friends and family” discount I paid full price.

Devin from Glamorgan Heating & Cooling arrived to give our oil burner furnace an overdue cleaning! He was very professional, polite, and meticulous. He worked tirelessly to get the furnace cleaned and passed all the requirements to run safely. He did not cut any corners and the whole system was the cleanest that I have seen in years! If I had questions he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care he took. My household would recommend and use Glamorgan in the future.

We had several estimates done for a new HVAC system for our home. Nick worked with us to get what we wanted, and a price that was in our range. Showed up when they said they would, and finished their day right on time as he thought. Very clean job inside and out. Would highly suggest the “Glamorgan” team for your next HVAC project. Our experience with Glamorgan for our water heater replacement was exceptional. They were quick to respond, gave a fair and detailed estimate for services, and were able to replace our water heater (non-emergency) within days of our first inquiry. We will definitely be using Glamorgan in the future for any of our HVAC needs.
